Structure of the Solar Panel
The mono facial solar panel module (solar panel) is made with 6 main components: glass, EVA, solar cells, the backsheet, the frame, and the junction box.

3.2mm Tempered Glass
The main function of solar glass is to protect the solar cells from harsh weather, dirt, and dust. We choose 3.2 mm, Anti-Reflection Coating, High Transmission, Lowlron, and tempered Glass for high performance.

EVA Film For Solar Panel
The EVA film is a highly transparent layer used to encapsulate the cells. It provides laminated layering on top of the cells to hold them together.  It is durable as well as tolerant to withstand extreme temperatures and humidity.

120 Solar Cells
120 N-type monocrystalline solar cells come together to form a solar panel. N-type modules with Tunnel Oxide Passivating Contacts (TOPcon) technology offer lower LiD/LeTlD degradation and better low light performance, offering better reliability and efficiency.

Backsheet
Backsheet is the rear-most layer of the panel providing both mechanical protection and electrical insulation. It is essentially a protective layer. 

Aluminum Frame
The aluminum frame is also a crucial component as it provides structural strength to the panel. The frame is strong with lightweight material: anodized aluminum alloy.

IP68 Rated Junction Box
