Structure of the Solar Panel
The mono facial solar panel module (solar panel) is made with 6 main components: glass, EVA, solar cells, the backsheet, the frame, and the junction box.

3.2mm Coated Tempered Glass
The main function of solar glass is to protect the solar cells from harsh weather, dirt, and dust. We choose 3.2mm coated tempered Glass for high performance.

EVA Film For Solar Panel
The EVA film is a highly transparent layer used to encapsulate the cells. It provides laminated layering on top of the cells to hold them together.  It is durable as well as tolerant to withstand extreme temperatures and humidity.

144 Solar Cells
144 solar cells come together to form a solar panel. the half-cell configuration of the modules offers the advantages of higher power output, better temperature-dependent performance, and better shade tolerance.

Backsheet
